The Normandy landings took place on June 6, 1944 and began the liberation of German-occupied France, laying the foundation for the Allied Victory in Europe.

This exhibition, detailing the signals component and the short biographies of the signalers who died on D-Day and in the days following, was prepared for the 75th Anniversary of D-Day which took place in 2019. We remember and honour those who fought and died to make this operation a success.
