The officer appointed to command 61 AC&W Squadron, RCAF is to be Commanding Officer of this Squadron as defined by QR(Air) art 1.02 (xxi)(a)(iii).

Control of this Squadron is to be exercised by the AOC, 1 Air Division, RCAF.

Establishment code 110CA 250 is to be effective 1 Jul 55.

Personnel

The transfer or posting of personnel is to be arranged by 1 Air Division HQ, RCAF and AFHQ.
The maintenance of personnel records is to be arranged by the AOC, 1 Air Division, RCAF.

Accounting

Pay and materiel accounting is to be arranged by the AOC, 1 Air Division, RCAF.
Expenditures are to be charged to Vote 600.
For purposes of QR(Air) art. 205.30 and AFAO F5.30 this Squadron is not designated as a flying unit.

Supply

The provision of materiel is to be arranged by the AOCs 1 Air Division, RCAF and AMC in accordance with CAP 16 Vol. 1.
