We understand that the Province of Ontario intends to retain the towers purchased on their present site and information received would indicate that in each case, the Province owns the land upon which the towers were erected.

The towers at Lucknow and Sparta were sold on the basis that they be removed from site and upon our receiving advice that the structures have been dismantled and the site cleared, we will write to you asking confirmation that the work has been completd satisfactorily.

The towers at Formosa and Westport were sold along with the land upon which the Gap Filler Stations were erected and no further action on these two locations is required.

The tower at Lac Ste Marie was sold on the basis that the purchaser either make arrangements with the Province of Quebec to leave it on its present site or as an alternative, it must be removed and the site restored.

The tower at Bridgetown was sold on the basis that the Province either remove the structure or make arrangements with the owners of the land to leave it in situ.

The towers at St Joseph, Scotch Settlement and Nicolet have not been diposed of and when sales have been concluded, you will be advised accordingly.
